The Commander Initiative New Vendor Bid Process

All contracts issued by The Commander Initiative (TCI) to suppliers and vendors are established through an Invitation to Bid (ITB) or Request for Proposals (RFP). TCI contracts are awarded based on a combination of factors, including (but not limited to): lowest price, service and delivery terms, product quality, vendor reputation and track record, etc.
